Week zero: pre-flight
A 60-min call + a follow-up scoping doc. We come back with a fixed build proposal: scope, milestones, price, what's in/out. If the fit isn't right, we say so and refer.
Weeks 1–14: build
Weekly demo calls. Daily Slack updates. We work in your GitHub org from day 1, not ours. Every PR has a written rationale.
Weeks 15–16: handover
Two-week ramp where we transition ownership. Your team writes the next PR. We code-review until it ships.
