HOW WE WORK

The engagement, end to end.

Step 1

Week zero: fit conversation

A 60-min call to understand your team, your roadmap, your stack. Mutual fit. If it's not right, we say so.

Step 2

Weeks 1–2: onboarding

We read your codebase. Sit in on your standups. Build a written map of what's there, what's missing, what's blocking. Delivered as a 1-page memo at the end of week 2.

Step 3

Weeks 3–10: embedded execution

2–3 days a week. We pick up tickets like a senior engineer. We're in your Slack, your Linear, your PR queue. You can DM as if we're an FTE.

Step 4

Month 3+: retainer

Renewed quarterly. Scope reviewed each renewal. You can ramp up to 4 days/week or down to 1 day/week. We give 4 weeks notice if we need to end the engagement; you give 2.

WHAT THIS ISN'T

  • A staff augmentation arrangement. We don't backfill JIRA tickets
  • An advisory role. We ship code, we don't just review
